Project Execution

The project was launched in 2023 November by opening a new game store within Rpgstash.com for the game “Adopt me Pets”. This case study shows what happens when the project is well executed.

The game was added to the selection once steady supply of Adopt Me Pets virtual products became available. Rpgstash strived to be amongst the first to offer these products in order to rank at the top for the most valuable game related buyer intent search terms, such as “Buy Adopt Me +Xy”.

A prerequisite to ranking well for a search term is having good on-page and technical optimisation, both of which were managed since the launch of the project.

Results

A small customer base quickly formed from the 300k Rpgstash customers and from PPC ads for Adopt Me Items. By having traffic, well optimized categories and products, and a steady online presence, the store started ranking even for long-tail buyer intent “Adopt Me” keywords as it gained the trust of google.

After month 3, we received up to 400 organic clicks a day, and ranked #1 for all of the most valuable related buyer intent terms. The traffic would have costed us over 200$ daily in PPC Ads.

Conclusion

If planned and managed consciously and professionally, taking advantage of freshly appearing marketing opportunities has one of the biggest growth potential for many businesses.

Our suggestion – Be ahead of those who are themselves ahead of the market. Be the first to offer products, try marketing methods, and take advantage of opportunities in general. Occasionally it has extraordinary potential, despite the minimal costs.
